Combining Versions

I've thought about it. Generally, I'd use RQ3, with MRQ character creation and skills, as well as some (in fact, likely most) of the new magic systems.

I'd pick one system to use as your "base", adding in and converting pieces from the other, rather than try to go half and half
 
I use mostly MRQ since its what my players can get their hands on. But I use the Cults and Divine mage from RQ3 mostly with some stuff from MRQ and some home brewed stuff.
