When you take a Reaction, I see the book says you take a -2 to your Initiative and a -1 DM to further actions.
1. Is the -2 to your next initiative if you have already acted? Or is that ignored if yu already have gone?
2. Is the -1 DM penalty described in the paragraph cumulative with the -1 DM penalties mention in the Dodge and Parry descriptions? Or are they the same penalty, just mentioned in several places?
