Combat manouver - SEVER

In playing deus vult yesterday we came acroos a weapon that could use the Sever combat manouver with a normal success rather than a critical.

We checked the Core rulebook, Deus Vult book and the manouver cheatsheets we had and nowhere could we find the SEVER manouver.

What is this manouver ?
