Have ofc bought it, very much looking forward to running.
Just want to offer my deep thanks for this. As a ref, I was getting a little leery of all the 'super-beyond-15-magitech' campaigns and weird settings. I just wanted more fresh, new 'plain old Traveller, with the dirt and grime and smell of gunpowder/laser burns' adventures.
This very much hits the sweet spot for me. Truly, thanks.

Yes, I bought Adventure 14 without knowing anything about it.

Mongoose, you keep publishing Classic Traveller stuff, and I'll keep buying, as long as it's in print.

I've starting buying some of the Mongoose Traveller stuff to use for Classic Traveller, too. I pre-ordered Brushfires with the aim of using it for CT, and I love Mongoose's version of the Starship Operator's Manual--very useable with CT. You guys did a fantastic job that book.

Is it more expensive to provide a printed product? I'm curious why the T4 Aliens 2 book isn't in print, only pdf.

The T4 Aliens book is a very bad facsimile. A completetly new pdf would need producing - look at the state of the gray boxed text, a lot of it is unreadable. I don't know if Mongoose has the originals to redo the digital, but as it stands now a pod of T4 Aliens would be a very sub standard product.

That said I would join you in buying it if it is ever cleaned up and offered as pod or even a small print run.

POD means "Print on Demand". The developers have arranged for a third party to individually print copies of the book as they are ordered. Traditional publishing the books are printed in bulk up front and then sold as they are ordered.

POD printing is usually a lower quality than what a bulk printing order can produce, but it also means that the game designer does not need to have a warehouse of books and won't get stuck with unsold books.

We have a printer round the corner (literally) who are printing it We don't want to sacrifice the quality, and they can do smaller runs.

FWIW this is only 50 pages; you can print duplex "as booklet" in most pdf readers, and it will rearrange the pages stacked for center stapling and folding just like the LBBs of yore. 12-13 sheets, easily do-able if you have a decent steel stapler. Voila!
