Clark Ashton Smith's Hyborea?

Has anyone had the thought of using some of the stuff from Clark Ashton Smith's Hyborea series in a Conan game? Maybe some creatures or peoples or whatever? Seems like theyd fit pretty well.

I've thought of using a 'city of the ghouls' with a cult of Mordiggian running things. We'll see.
