Cheat Sheets for combat

Has anyone already created cheat sheets for combat? (Official or otherwise.) Something with page numbers, to compare to the book to speed up testing?

Not looking for a GM Screen, just cheat sheets.

I'll update the flowchart when the next iteration of the rules are formally released. The only thing I'm certain of at the moment is that Hasten will be removed.
