a character worksheet written in Excel, which I just pulled together for myself.

It's largely not automated at present, and it might never be , but if you like it or have suggestions please let me know.

I went to your link and the windows live doesn't give a way to download it.

Click on the zip file image, you should automatically get a download option, it is written as an excel spreadsheet,
