Character sheet

Hi all,
Is there any place where to get a character sheet for Pirates of Legend ?

Page 45 of the book/PDF has a "Crew Sheet" which has everything on it that is specialised for Pirates, but this is for a "ship wide barrel load of pirates", not individual characters.
