Character Height, weight and ages

I'm not sure if it is just me having trouble finding things or if they simply aren't there in the first place, but whereabouts in the book are the tables for randomly generating how tall and heavy characters are and their starting ages?

I just go by combined Str/Con scores and make a rough guess on the appropiate height/weight of the character. As for age, I usually go with a 15 + starting level of the character minimum, a little higher if they want. 16 more or less is the age when Conan started a-wandering.
