Character dossier

Hello,
does anyone have a good example of a dossier for a Traveler character. Not sure I'm too keen on the character sheet.

My brain is missfiring, but the folks that brought us the Career Books 1 and 2 also put out a character folio I think. It's early Coffee hasn't set in and its monday and I'm at workk, that's my excuse. Mebe it was the D66 lists guy, I dunno. Seen one somewhere, bought it too, I like it.
