First off, nothing important. Very simple. On page 16 under Qualification it says "Also see Assignments on page 18 for another exception." There is no heading "Assignments". It should be "Changing Assignments".
Now to my questions
1) When doing a changing assignments qualification, do you still use the page 16 "You suffer DM-1 to qualification rolls for each previous career you have entered."?
Example: Maybe you failed a qual and were a drifter first before joining the Army. You want to go from Infantry to Support. Do you roll a qual at -2. A -1 for the drifter career and another -1 for the Army too?
2) Page 18 says
Example: You go from Merchant Free Trader in your first term to Merchant Broker and later on want to settle down and be a Citizen Colonist. When qualifying for Citizen, would it be at a -2 for the two careers within Merchant?
