The magnetic Grapnels for boots (to walk on the exterior of ships) is described rather well in the Central Supply Catalog except for the price.
Any ideas?

I'd say free - they're standard issue on all vacc suits higher than the listed TL (8 I think it is), personally - they're just describing them for your convenience.

Asteroid hulls are ferrous, Crystaliron is ferrous, Superdense (and by extension Bonded Superdense) may be ferrous. Composite probably includes at least one ferrous layer.

So, are there that many low-tech titanium hulls available?

You covered it. "Bonded" would not be iron based. It would probably be an eka metal.
