Central Supply Catalogue Preview

For me weapons (and related combat gear) should even only occupy a quarter or a third of the book.
I agree, but I would buy a well illustrated book even if civilian equipment
would only occupy less than half of the book (but do not tell Mongoose  ).

Shinny!

Small nitpicks:
In the fine print -
DISCLAIMER: THE TRAVTECH ARMS GROUP PUTS GREAT EFFORT INTO PROVIDING ACCURATE, HIGH-QUALITY INFORMATION WITHIN OUR CATALOGUE, THE INSTRUCTIONS, ADVICE, OPINIONS AND ANY OTHER CONTENT OFFERED THROUGH OUR CATALOGUE ARE PROVIDED WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
Should probably have a period between 'catalogue' and 'the instructions' instead of a comma.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL USED GUNS ARE SOLD AS WITH PERMISSION FROM THEIR PREVIOUS OWNER.
Was this intended to read 'all used guns are sold as is, with permission from their previous owners.'?

Unfortunatley this is Pre - Proofed so the grammar issues are my fault, its a good job i am not the editor :D

It looks very slick. As EDG has asked, I'm assuming the stats are in tables elsewhere in the book. BTW, who is the author?

It is a real mixture - just about every piece of equipment that has ever appeared in Traveller is in this book, with plenty of new and funky items! The principle authors are M J Dougherty and Bryan Steele.

Now you have raised my expectations to a degree that will make it very
hard for the authors to satisfy them ...

This book _is_ a good 'un :)

Don't fix the English in the ads and small print! You'll ruin my suspension of disbelief! :o

Who's ever seen a well-written, correctly spelled ad?

Touche!

(Having observed a billion dollar retail chain's credit card processing suspended on a Friday after hours 'midnight madness sale' due to some Add guru's superb fine print gaff - I tend to be a bit critical - not that I didn't 'fix' the national problem  )

Will the tables include all the weapons from each of the books? I'd REALLY like to have a consolidated table.

I would like to say yes - however, I just know that someone, somewhere is going to point out that we don't have item X from supplement y produced by publisher z in 1981, or something similar :)

It has a whole lot. Like, more than you will ever likely use in, say, seven campaigns :)

I am especially looking forward to the stats for the Gas Speargun from
The Undersea Environment, published by Gamelords in 1983 ...

So is there s a fix for the damage scale problem in the book?

The TL 6 one? It is in there.
I wasn't positive before, but now I know I will be pre-ordering this book!
