Hi... I am a long standing member of the Mongoose Infantry (since 2003) and also recently have been having extensive email conversations with Matt about the entire program... So I have a 'fair' working knowledge of the program and can give very current info.
So for anyone wanting a "GM appreciation program" - it's the MI. Currently rewards are $10/hour of events reported (and reporting is a simple process). Events must open to the public (So at a game store, convention etc. not someones home). No prior approval is required.
As far as 'support' goes. You run events, file your reports, and then get stuff with a demo credit redemption order. That's it. Right now there isn't sending promotional items, 'Lite" versions of rules etc. There might be the postcard like advertising cards available if the convention or store asks (you might be able to get them for a local store but have cons contact Matt directly).
That's the program in a nutshell. I can say lots of ideas are under active consideration and discussion - but since nothing is even close to being a guarantee at this point I would be wrong in mentioning anything more.
