Campaign Guide List Index?

I just got a hold of the Campaign Guide and think it is a fantastic book!

The book is well organized and the sections make sense, but there are quite a few lists to draw from and it would be great to have a sheet to visually scan as things move forward during play.

Has anyone put together a master list of page numbers for the tables in the book?

If so, could you post a copy here? I figure several people have probably organized the list according to their own needs and being a "busy referee" (older professional, married with a teenager), someone must have a list that will work well for me (and others)!

I've got a document - Tell Me About ad libbing. Its for personal use, intended to knit together inspiration from various sources including Campaign Guide. You could either use it whole or just copy and paste various tables for your own use.

I have a variety of documents all created as a by-product of reading Traveller books. Eventually I'll have some of them on Contact's website.
