Blood of Orlanth delays

Poi

Mongoose
Its now down for September release.

I need this book. My campaign needs it. My players need it.

Give it to me. Give it to me now!

Please.
Pretty please.
Pretty please with a cherry on.

Well, this is my fault - I gave the developer concerned a holiday. Foolish, I know, and I was at pains to point out that holidays are purely optional (no one listens to that part). . .

I'll have an update for you when he gets back next week - but it won't be long now!

Just noticed it's slipped again, now not due til November!
Well Matt was going to update us when the developer got back from his holidays. That was in August, and we're still waiting, so he must be enjoying himself to much to come back to work

Heh :)

We are just waiting for some artwork to be completed for Orlanth, and then it will be ready. It will be well worth the wait - this is one of Gareth's greats.

i'd have to concur, heck we even gave Gar a virtual cookie for this after we playtested it, not only was it an awesome story arc, but it was damn near flawless as far as playtesting went.

I buy RPG stuff to play games. I have neither the time nor talent to write my own adventures. If the Blood of Orlanth is really good and Mongoose crosses its heart and promises to release more good scenario books, then this will get me to buy the settings books and the core books. I'll have the confidence that the setting will be supported with playable scenarios.

Dara Happa Stirs is another campaign I will be working on in a few months time, so there is definitely some more planned material in the works besides just Blood of Orlanth.

We started playing the BOO campaign ourselves and had a big party argument over some leather trousers half inched from a gribbley bandit type. I won so now I get to wear someone else's pants. Woohoo. Brings back some old memories (of RuneQuest back in the RQII days).
