Big boys tournament?

We've been running a few polls on our own forums, but what do you guys think of a 5pts War level tournament run over 2 days?
We have the space to host it comfortably for up to around 20 players, we were thinking of 2 games on the Saturday with the 3rd on the Sunday. We'd arrange big prizes and buffet, etc, etc?
We'd be looking at possibly running this event in January(ish) time.
