Looks like non-metallic style painting, which is usually great for photos where u can angle it right to look good, but tends to be not to be stellar in person. So it depends how you define the 'best' painted.

BTW, I would have voted for your Centauri fleet Master Jester, but the pinkish red schemes kinda blow it for me... Your Octurion scheme is just spectacular. :wink:
