Belliwheel & Careless Charge

Careless Charge doubles movement on a charge. How does that work with a Fatty Belliwheel.

Does it double all movement: ie 6+2d10+4

Does it double just basic movement: 6+d10+2

Or is it incompatible with the belliwheel?

Here's how I read it. Careless charge says "double its Move". The fattie's Move (note the capital M) is 3", so double that then add the belliwheel bonus.
