Befuddled

The Befuddle spell has rune requirements of Disorder and Man OR Beast. Does this mean there are effectively two spells? Befuddle cast with a Man rune - that effects Men (and creatures associated with the Man rune). A second spell, Befuddle cast with Beast rune that only effects beasts? Or, can Befuddle cast with a man rune effect a beast?

Would you need to know both spells separately? What happens if you know both the Man and Beast rune, would you need to learn the spell twice to enable it to effect men and beasts? Or not?

I'd go with it being one spell, but you need the Man rune to affect Man rune affiliated creatures, and Beast rune for... um... beasties. The spell channels the rune's powers, but its effects are applied to whatever rune one has integrated.

My view, anyway.
