A British Mechanized platoon in Afganistan is ordered to move out!
Spread thin already by heavy resistance all over the region only a
platoon is spared to be sent out to rescue a down Blackhawk
Helicopter. The good news is British SAS has been assigned to your
platoon along with a single air asset....the Apache Helicopter. The
bad news is .....well the lack on news. Intelligence is non-existant.
There are no hostiles reported in this sector, but what or who shot
the Blackhawk down? The pilots are alive, not under attack, and safe
at this time. Your orders are to secure the pilots of the Blackhawk
and to eliminate any hostiles. The Destruction of civilian structures
is NOT authorized. We are trying to win "hearts and minds" here
soldier! Now go and bring back our boys!
Ok, who's ready to roll some dice! The game is January Saturday the
19th at 12:00PM. There will be two teams in the game to choose from.
The Middle Eastern Alliance and the European Federation Task Force.
All are welcome to play up to 8 players. Wings of War with Kevin and
Axis and Allies Minatures with Rob will also be going on so there are
plenty of games to choose from!
