Hey guys,

Ok, got the map off Reborn (much obligied to you , Sir) and been looking at it. All looks good but i did have one question for the veterans of previous open days, when it says the enterance is in the side street off Cricklade Rd, is that Caulfield Rd or Carpenters lane?

Cheers

Assuming you mean this map:

It's actually neither of those roads, although if you walk down carpenter's lane you'll get there.

Assume you are walking North up Cricklade ROad, on your left you will notice a Somerfield, directly opposite the Somerfield on the right hand side of the road is a pedestrian alley that comes off Cricklade Road, Mongoose is the building that forms the right hand side of the alley as you face it from Somerfield, the door is on the alley wall, with a brass plaque next to it.

If you fancy meeting us at the local breakfast eaterie, see here for directions.

Meeting from 9 am

LBH

P.S. like the S:AAB reference

Cheers LBH, I'm getting the idea now. I don't think the train will get me there in time for breakfast meeting but hey, if that changes i've now been furnished with Mr Evil's number ( He's pretty trusting :P ) so i'll call ahead.

On the subject of S:AAB HELL YEAH!!! Great series cut down in it's infancy....rant ends.

Really looking forward to seeing these minis and being able to purchase in person. My FLGS died in November so this i'll be the best op to really see it...and who can resist a peak at mongoose towers- beats the hell out of my 9-5!

He figures i said i owed you a beer for the map once therefore....

Seriously though, all the help is appreciated. Anyone have ariel recon photos of the place? :P

Sorry, 2nd link was supposed to be to the Breakfast club thread with directions to the cafe, I've changed it now or click here:

I've worked it out at Ive got $96 to spend of demo credit.

Anything else I want can wait until Overlord.

Just to warn you guys, message from the top says no demo credit will be applicable on Saturday - sorry, but we just do not have enough box sets!

well i plan on gettin a few bits for demo games and then the rest il be ordering from my LGS on monday morning on prerelease.

if i can get one of each of wave 2 that would be awsome. maybe just a box of each and then double up on stuff for me as i need a few sample boxes for local game stores that arnt to sure about stocking it.

Does anyone have any idea of what parking is like in the area around Mongoose Towers? Is there a car park or do you need to find a meter etc?

i may be corrected but there is a huge carpark at the rear near the pub, and its free,

greg anton or lowroller can conferm this as i normaly get the train
