Baen Books to re-publish Technic Civilization series

I just learned that Baen Books is about to start re-publishing Poul Anderson's Technic Civilization series, which is one of the major influences on Traveller. This is the series in which Nicholas van Rign, David Falkayn, and Dominic Flandry all appear. The first volume, The Van Rign Method will be available in September.

There are also stories that take place after the Long Night that Flandry fought so hard to avoid.

The novel "Night Face" takes place near the beginning of the recovery, and is a GREAT book for running fallen colonies (cannibalism as a survival mechanism).

There is at least one additional novel as well, but the name escapes me at the moment.

LOVE these books!

I believe that the story that deals with cannibalism is "The Sharing of Flesh", which is set in the same general era as "The Night Face".

A few more notes; while most of the stories are from either the Van Rign/Flalkayn era or the Flandry era, there are some from other time periods, and even stories from the two major eras do not necessarily have van Rign, Falkayn, or Flandry present in them.
