[Babylon 5] Last Minute Question

Cosmic Mongoose
So I just purchased some Babylon 5 pdfs (nothing like waiting for the last minute), and I am wondering just how thoroughly I should back these up? Will I be able to download these later from drivethrurpg even though these will not be available for general sale or is today the last day I am going to be able to download these?

A good question, I would also be interested in the answer.

I realy thought it was a great idea to release B5 with the MGT ruleset, but with the loss of the license there just isn't enough product to make it work for me. I realy like B5 but like many folks I could not get into any D20 variant hence I never got the game.

I'd bank on today being the last day and get them backed up on to a CD or DVD. The recent Wizards of the Coast pull of PDF material included additional downloads. If Mongoose are unable to sell due to lack of license, then DriveThruRPG may have to remove all copies of the PDFs from their servers. Removing them from the store front may not be enough to stay in the terms of the license.

Even assuming DTRPG intended to make them available for later download, what happens if synchronicity causes them to lose their files when you lose yours.

The only backup you can count on is your own.

Crap!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Apparently June 30th meant Greenwich meantime or something. I just went to order it, and it's gone. It was still there two hours ago, but I had to go get my wallet, by the time I got back, they were no longer available.

By my time table, I still had 7 hours left.

FYI - Just a few minutes ago, I discovered Amazon still had 4 copies left in stock, and so I ordered it.

I didn't realize how bad i wanted it til I couldn't have it. Anyway, if anyone in the US still wants it, Amazon has 3 copies left as I write this.
