So are we any further ahead in a new ACTA and when it will arrive? :?

I ask this before I go to the time and effort of translating my B5 ships to Firestorm Armada! :x

Some conversion work for Firestorm Armada has indeed been done. See this thread:

I doubt there has been much work on converting ACTA 3 to B5 unless the people who have been doing the pre-release playtesting have also been doing the converting.

Didn't Matt say its scheduled for early next year? I think its in Planet Mongoose?

Until we see the finalised rules won't know which edition is prefered and if its a case of:

Converting B5 ships to 3rd Ed
knicking bits of 3rd ed and making ACTA 2.5 :roll: :wink:
Converting new licence to 2nd ED

3rd ed has apparently dropped entirely

If I was making 2.5 ed I'd keep it - more interested in how the new crit table could improve the gamecand a few other bits.....
