B5 ACta request

OK the older version but, hopefully someone can help....Does anyone know where/if there is a blank B5 Acta Ship Record sheet anywhere extant (old mongoose link, fan made at all....just realised I have to run a game tonight and I have not got one)

There isn't really a "blank" record sheet, since the ships vary so much.

Must be a pretty old version then. Like, pre-SFOS!
There would be so much filling in to do on a blank record sheet, might as well use a blank piece of paper!
