[B5:ACTA:RE] Where is the description for Ion Torpedoes

I have ACTA revised edition and last night took a Narn ship with Ion Torpedoes. I could not find any listing about what an ION torpedoe did except for the specials listed in the ship book. Where in the rules are they listed?

Ion Torpedoes are just a weapon system, there are no variant warheads.
Only EA's missiles and Narn E-Mines have variant ammo.

I don't think they are, the Special traits is all you need to know about them ruleswise, I think.
