Awesome news?

I figure that anyone serious enough about ACTA to blow over £20 on 4 Frazi flights would be serious enough to be keeping an eye on ACTA news and happenings.
Scratch that, even if the models weren't coming back, I figure that anyone blowing that much on 4 flights is insane anyway v.v

You say thats insane, but if you really surf around ebay and take a look at what people are buying and how much it is going for, you'd see thats not too far fetched :P

I just say that there's a lot of insane people in the world v.v
I am watching a few ebay auctions though just to see if they do sell, and how much for. There's one seller really trying to price gouge, and it'd be interesting to see if he gets any bids on some of his auctions.

I like ebay for finding extreamly hard to find or no longer made items, unless its through an 'e-bay store' and I can just click a reasonable 'buy it now' price, I don't hunt for common or easy to find items out there.

And yes, there are many a crazy in the world.

Nice demo, but there were no news since January 2007. I think the game is dead :(

While the last news post on the IFH website there was indeed January 2007 if you check the forum it points to you'll see that the last release was 13th July 2008, which seems far from dead...

Great news about the minis there, I may well pick some up next year...

I scarcely dare to believe that the range has come through a storm of doubt fear and even death, only to emerge on the other side (of the Atlantic) alive, well, shiny and with a huge sipping charge to match. Ah well, you have to take the bad with the good, and when the good is the return of the ACTA range then suddenly the bad doesn't seem too bad. At last the rest of my local club can once again consider this a worthwhile game to demo, get interested in and start purchasing in vast quantities.

The location of the production facilities for the ACTA range hasn't changed much. It was in the US under Mongoose. It IS in the US under IWM.
Shipping costs shouldn't change much.

That are realy good news;

especially that the FleetAction Minis come back to production - so i can hope to see FA-Versions of the Dilgar Garasoch, Kathrik, Mankhat, Omelos (from which only B5-Wars scaled minis from Mongoose exists) and other ships from other races or ships , which are exist as AOG FA Minis , but no pedants from the Mongoose side or otherwise
from after the era AOG (Mongoose designed ships) that i must not create my own scratch builded versions of this minis.

I owned nearly each from AOG created B5 FA-Minis and looking happy into future to see new designs.

Iron Wind have their hands full at Gen Con at the moment, but I know their forges are already turning with B5 models, so it really won't be long now!

Having not yet fully gone through all the stuff I bought during the closeout, can I still request replacement for missing parts from you or do I have to wait for Iron Wind to get up and running. I've been putting together a list of things I've found missing so far and I'm wondering if I can get them or not?

Cheers, Gary

Hi there,

Send them through to us - as soon as we get the moulds back from Iron Wind, we'll take care of you.

Are Ironwind going to be releasing the same fleet boxes that you released for 2nd edition?

I always thought they were good value for money, and a nice way for people new to the game to build a fleet.

Any idea when Ironwind will be able to start turning things out?

Failing that, has anyone got a Xill model (or 3) going spare?

At least that would give the guys at the local club some hope that the game is not dead by now.

Good to see another German around here 8)
