I know there is already (out of print?) Fuzion version of Artesia RPG but I think this would work very well with MRQ II. This especially as the world of Artesia was originally used as a setting for RuneQuest campaing, IIRC.
There is a company that still sells the Artesia book but I can't remember which one and the game isn't being supported anyway and hasn't been for some time. It was an Origins award winner and I was sorry that it didn't even make it to one supplement. The game is completely setting driven though and without the other kingdom sourcebooks playability is fairly limited.
