Armor check penalty question

What would be the total armor check penalty for having one large shield strapped to your back/shoulder and another one in your hand (so that if the one in your hand gets sundered you have a backup)?

I suppose that would depend on if you are attempt to get the DR2 vs. one flank attack. I would think that if you are going with that it's loosely strapped for ease of access and not usable for the DR that you only factor in the weight.

Otherwise, add the additional -4 for munchkinnig.

COuld you even carry two of them at once? Realistically they woud be interfering with your fighting so much.
