I think the cover is recycled from page 252 of the core book, though I bet it's not the final project. I wonder if it's going to be soft or hardcover - the description says soft, but it doesn't make sense (RoK and AtTR were hardcover).
My understanding (as author) is that the book will be hardcover and that the cover photo on the site is just a temporary mock-up as the final cover is being put together.
