Looks like they saw a request for a book on making planets and ran with it - and then some.

I've been waiting for it since it was announced a while ago.
Dynasty and 2300 are the only things I have any real interest in anymore,

I just hope Dynasty is setting neutral without any forced connections to the OTU, just general ones like it might have for any other possible setting.

2300 and Dynasty together seems a good combo to me.

My guess it is more like T4's Pocket Empires, than like World Builder's Handbook.

From what I have read (assuming I understand it correctly), it will be about building Empires, not about building worlds.

Still a VERY valuable resource for a Referee interested in realistic Empires within his/her setting (Like me)
