Any ideas for Khauran?

My players have made Zamora bit too hot for thier comfort and are crossing the mountains into Khauran in our next session. Anyone have any good adventure ideas for the region?

Isn't the short story Black colossus located there?
Anyway you can have a look at the 2nd Conan movie. Though they decided the main city was Shadizar, it looks more like a city-state in a mountainous ground, exactly where Khauran (city) dwells.

From what I remember "Black Colossus" is located in Khoraja. "A witch shall be born" is set in Khauran, although it's been a while since I last read the novel.

You are probably right because there is also an allusion in the 2nd Conan movie where only a virgin with a special mark (though the mark isn't given any details) can touch the heart of Ahriman and bring back the horn of Dagoth.
