Are their any legal consequences and if so what for A Judge doing the following

Giving a man convicted of A Crime The Judge knows but can't prove is innocent a far less severe punishment then normal to allow time for him to be proved innocent

Giving a man convicted of a minor crime the heaviest sentence for a crime that minor in Trojan Reach History cos The Judge knows but can't prove that he is definitely a major crime boss that t best has seriously considered committing Sex Crimes more times then some Beggars have had a nights sleep in a place that's warm, dry and safe in the last 10 years

Your game universe is, you know... yours. Decide what you want in your game universe.

Most of the things you ask about wouldn't occur anywhere outside your game universe, so asking people to ponder these extreme, overcomplex and unlikely hypothetical scenarios is a bit pointless.

If you are going to ask questions, then could you at least make it possible for folks to follow them? Use short sentences. State a single thought then the next. I lost the inclination a while ago to wade through your stream of consciousness, replete with asides and unnecessary episodes from your life story, in order to figure out an answer to a question that simply would not come up in most people''s games.
