I'll aim to have a blank sheet up by the time the book comes out.

What happened to the very cool chapter titles (Loot, coins and spoils of war etc.), and the Mass Combat rules (About His Iron-Clad Feet Grew A Ring of Mangled Corpses)?

The chapter titles are now subtitles (easier for section headings etc).

Mass combat had to be squeezed out of the main rulebook for space reasons but will be up as a free pdf in the next week or so.
