Anyway, I really must come to the aid of my fellow serviceman, whether he needs it or not. Army and Navy may rip on each other, but don't Ever rip on them from outside!

The US Navy is THE most capable wet service in the world. The problems they have can all be traced back to the fact that the US Congress and Senate are among the Least capable governing bodies in the world (not because of what they are but because of who is in them)...

Yeah. Lot of similarities there. I still have 633 Squadron in my movie collection.

For what it's worth, the final battle in "Star Wars" was influenced by both "633 Squadron" and "The Dambusters". "The Dambusters" was based on reality.

And, since "Star Wars" borrowed some of the radio chatter from "The Dambusters", it's only fair to go the other way...
