If you're using Outer Veil, then just replace the stats given for Zeta 2 Reticuli II (hex 2233) with your stats. Everything else will fit well - this is an Outer Veil world (i.e. at the far frontier) and you'll be able to get the Jump-1 freighter Nostromo pass there en route from the ore-rich Balor's Belt to Rana.
