Just curious as to who is playing and where, so I'll start:

Kenamun, 73 Herald of Xotli. I'm on the Cimmeria RP/PVP server. This is my one and only toon. Taking to PVP with a passion since lvl 59. Currently PVP lvl 2. Have taken down PVP lvl 5 gankers such as Silkchild on 1v1 fights.

How about you guys? Who are your toons and where can they be found? What achievements can you boast of?
 
The only computer games I ever play are the Total War series and the ones in the Cossacks series.
Just can't bring myself to get involved in these online RPG things.
I may be a bit Technophobic. :?

On a serious note though, this is probably great fun to play but I have a horrible feeling that if the 'Geese lose the Conan RPG license then this is what the next edition of Conan will be like. :roll: :cry:

A valid concern for sure. Some of the liberties Funcom took when making the game were purely for having some game balance. It's a compromise, but in my opinion the good stuff outweighs the bad and the game is a very fun time sink. YMMV
 
I played twice. The first time was launch day. Fun at the start (Tortage is awesome), but tedious when you leave. And buggy as hell. Tried again, but just couldn't handle it. I was a Demonologist first, a Barbarian the second time. Didn't really like it overall...
 
I play a non-conformist Mac necromancer 10th level. He is sweet except his class is not by his choice but by Funcom's refusal to think outside the box and include the Mac OS.

WAR jumped on board recently with a Mac trial - mayhap someday AOC will also join the 21st century. Lame!

I could never get into it, it somehow felt like WoW with tits. As nice as it is to be around so many boobs, the gravity of knowing that they are all a butch creepy nerds never goes away. :?
