Action Type sequence

A question came up and I was unsure the answer. Is there a particular sequence the actions have to go in or can a character do any minor or significant action in the order they wish?

By that I mean, do they have to do the significant action always first or second or no particular sequence?

I assumed by reading the book it was any sequence, but I wanted to see if others agreed or not.

I certainly agree with any order. To restrictive otherwise.

That's my read as well, characters use actions in any order.
