I don't think the availability of a pdf implies that it will be free, unless you intend to use a stolen pirate copy.

Which frankly doesn't generally require waiting for official pdf to arrive anyway. Wouldn't be surprised if there already WAS a pirated copy floating around somewhere :-/

I'm sorry to say, but yes there is. Pity people have to resort to piracy to get what they want. It's not as if the rules are all that expensive.

I will be very surprised if they are free, I expect around £15.00 for it, or somewhere around there.
