[ACTA-SF] Question on the Fed DW

Can anyone tell me, do you get 2 DW's in a pack or 1? $15.00 seems awful expensive for a single DW.

The store listings specifically say which packs have two models (eg police cutters, frigates, battle frigates) and the DW isn't one of them. Same cost as a cruiser or dread, it appears.

I looked at ADB's website, hoping to find the DW in one of their fleet or squadron boxes; it's in Fleet Box 3...

Now as to when that box will become available? It's not on the 2012 schedule, but that schedule isn't set in stone for sure. I don't know when the DW will become available; you might ask Mr Sprange or Steve Cole about that.

There'll be a war hull fleet box for feds coming out with it in.

I was a bit surprised by that, but it looks like DWs are the point at which minis are too big to go two a pack.

Billco - Squadron Box #7 has the Fed War Hulls and should be out in Feb by Mongoose's Release Schedule. It will have a DN, BC, NCA, NCL, & a DW.

Rambler, thanks. I wasn't aware of that. Ugh, only one DW in the squadron. I would prefer to field a 3-ship squadron of DWs, but that's going to be a pricey thing apparently.

Another box with a DN? Already the Fed fleet box and squadron box being made now have them...how many flipping DNs do they think we need? I'd rather have another NCL or DW in the pack.

Well, outside of the Fleet Boxes Mongoose have to follow the equivalent ADB Squadron #X box contents.

The upcoming Romulan Border Box might be more useful if you're after a bunch of war hulls. It includes 2xNCA, 2xNCL, 2xDW (plus pairs of Romulan and Gorn ships of battlecruiser size and smaller). Seems like a good option if you want to expand a few Squadron Boxes into fleets and don't fancy the contents of the Fleet Boxes.
