ACTA campaign weekend in the North West?

I was planning on running one of these in the north west, for those who really can't be bothered to travel the long way to Swindon, or those who care not about traveling and just want to play.
In fact, I have even done the draft of the campaign pack, with some changes to the Mongoose event... but is it worth it. A lot of people seem ready to cut and run, and are quite fairly so a bit naffed off. . .

so want to gauge interest before sorting it out. It would probably be at ID, as I asked them about taking over their room for the weekend. but it would be run by me, not the shop. would be in summer in case you were wondering and either EA civil war, or Dilgar war

I can't do dates till i am sure this would work, i am sorry about this. however the one noticeable thing to come from this, is that the Dilgar war looks like the most popular option!

Nope North West, Swindon is somewhat south of that. If we use ID it will be St Helens, or alternately a manchester or Warrington Venue.

Alright thats fine i havent been to any of them places yet so will be a nice change. I usely go to a meet up with friends in nottingham every year.

Offs, sorry tot he colonialists, i do of course mean UK. As much as i would love to be able to travel to the US and run a campaign weekend, i really just don't have that much money!

OK, from a few non forum posters, and you guys, I reckon it's do-able. I'll get a few possible dates and see what suits best, and get on with the pack.
