Acis: The Devil You Know

Emperor Mongoose
A new Dustbelt system write-up for Acis, whose battle with Tyr ended after they hired Aslan mercenaries from the Glorious Empire to turn the tide in their favor:

Next up: Janus.

Thank you! I hope it comes in handy in your campaign. The travellers in mine have already been there and one of them considered using the surgical services available on the planet to make a rather shocking alteration to his character. :)

I'll eventually get around to publishing Janus, but looks like I'm going to do Oghma first. I have some wild ideas about how a barbaric culture can somehow sustain a TL-9 civilization. Stay tuned!

That is awesome and really deserves to be in the Drinax Companion.

Do you also have it as a downloable pdf as it would be easier for me to file with all my other Drinax pdfs and actually remember to use when I get there?

Looking forward to Oghma....

I just clicked, File, Print, then changed the destination to Save as PDF.

Of course I know how to save it as a pdf - I just wanted to check that the author is OK with that.

Oh sorry, misunderstood your question. You were actually asking of the author was okay with you downloading it so that you don't have to reference it online, not that you were asking him to create a pdf for others (including you) to download. Whereas I assumed that the author sharing it online meant saving/printing it for personal use was implied.

Sorry, I must not have been reading closely enough. Please feel free to print it and save it as a PDF. Heck, use Google Docs copying features to copy it to your own drive if you like and customize them for your needs. These world write-ups are freeware as far as I'm concerned. Meant for the Traveller community to read, download, and enjoy. I'm extremely flattered that people are using them.

I am duplicating them from time to time in the adventures I've been publishing on DriveThruRPG. Gratuitous self-serving plug time:

The Tktk write-up is featured in the library data section of "The Tktk Convergence" for sale here: http://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/233587/Traveller-The-Tktk-Convergence?term=tktk&test_epoch=0

and

The Yeróilra write-up is featured in "Iron Spine" for sale here: http://www.drivethrurpg.com/product/233588/Iron-Spine?term=iron+spine&test_epoch=0

The world write-ups look a little classier in Mongoose's adventure template if I do say so myself. :)

I'll be writing an Oghma write-up soon and publishing an adventure on DriveThruRPG to go along with it. The adventure will be usable as a standalone story or can be inserted into your Drinax campaign if you so desire. I'm also writing what I consider to be an ambitious safari-ship based Solomani Rim campaign, also to be published on DriveThruRPG, but that one might be a few months off.

Both "The Tktk Convergence" and "Iron Spine" were already in my Wishlist on DriveThruRPG. Now having seen your Acis write up, they definitely get bumped up in the queue for purchase sooner rather than later.
