A question about Ultimate NPCs

I was thinking of picking this d20 sourcebook up..but I believe this has been out for quite a while..and was wondering if it uses 3.0 or 3.5 rules.. thanks for the help

Speaking as the only mod left listed I have no idea, though I think most of the Ultimate series were 3rd ed, pre 3.5 rules.

I'm sure Matthew Sprange would be able to answer your question, what with owning the company and all.
