I would say it is more like a Drakh shadowtech hybrid than Vorlon/Minbari one, especially the painted version.

the bad news are...This Model which you saw, a prototype will remain unfortunately always. The material from that the ship is not is suitable unfortunately at all for casting. Too fragile…
but i work on the Chaser and an similar version of the Lancer
