a new kingdom?

ill have a look at southern isles but t be honset was needing more temperate less jungle, . have drawn a map of first island just going to paint it.

on another note, aaaaaarrrggghh!! fell asleep this dinner time so aint getting to glasgow damn it damn it, now store will be shut till tuesday no rq for me or dice, damn!!

well knocked up one island, however now ive done it i really cant see how it would fit with anyother part of the conan rpg world, its perhaps too british dark ages/mid middle ages, castles, knights feudal system etc and classical british medival names. so slightly unsure how it could ever be a outpost from a existing kingdom.
plus also buggered without pirate isles considering its a island alot of the adventures involve boats etc but anyhow. anybody got pirate isles? is there much in there thats relevant? i can already guess there wont be a map in there, but is there much rules on ships sea magic etc?
makes me wonder though if i can knock up a map fully named in just over a day then how can a company with access to artists etc like mongoose not manage to get maps into their books? or is there too be a seperate book of maps too be released.....$$$$$.

For starters, don't worry about it fitting in to other people's idea of the Hyborian Age - it's your game, not theirs. Secondly, Hyboria is medieval and does have castles, knights and the feudal system. The British names are different, but so what?

Whilst you are right, being as this thread was started by asking opinions it hadly seems surprising that this is what transpired.
