After going over the various refits tables I have a few questions.
The Centauri have the Additional Arrays Fitted result that increases one Ion Cannon weapon system by 2 AD. Can this be applied to the Light Ion Cannons of the Haven and the Heavy Ion Cannons of the Secundus? Since many of the other races have Turbo Weapons and/or Additional Weapons fitted results that are more versatile it seems like it might be more fair to allow it but I was curious if there was an official ruling on it.
The Reinforced Hull result that appears on nearly ever table seems quite frankly pathetic and more like a down-grade than an upgrade. Even if you assume that the 10% is a round up (which is not actually stated) most ships will gain only 2-5 damage points for a -1 speed reduction, which does not appear to be at all worth it to anyone I play with. Anyone have any variant to this that they are using? I was considering either upping the damage gain to 20-30% or perhaps even better removing the -1 speed and only allowing a ship to receive the refit a maximum number of times (not sure on how many though).
The Earth Alliance Quick Loading Missiles result also appears to be a negative rather than an upgrade. Should this result be more similiar to Turbo Weapons in that it is halved AD+1? Otherwise, this is useless (except for the Oracle) as it is always better to do twice the damage upfront rather than spread over two rounds.
The Earth Alliance and Brakiri is limted to receiving the Enhanced Interceptor Network result once per ship but the Centauri have no such limit on the Guardian Arrays result. Is this do to the fact that EA and Brakiri already have much higher interceptor numbers than the Centauri or is it an oversight on the Centauri table?
