A couple of Rules Questions

GMAN

Mongoose
Hi All

I was wondering if some one could clear up a few rules equestions i have.

Firstly, does a Judge need to make an arrest attempt against a hero, even though a hero automaticly passes?

Secondly, how are people tackling arrests in Judge VS Judge battles?

Thirdly, am i right in thinking that a Fattie declares at the start of his turn that he is doing two move/melee actions, then does a belliwheel charge that takes his entire turn, and not take a melee action, then does an aditional melee/move action which is the belliwheel charge?

And lastly, is there anywhere that states what a flyer is? Or is it simply, can only use one pistol at a time, can't carry anything bigger than a pistol and can make melee attacks? I just couldn't find anywhere that describes it as anything else.

Apologises if i've missed anything obvious, but these were a few things that came up when we were playing on Sunday.

It says that a Judge can use a special action against any one minion within 15 inches. So im guessing that means they don't make arrests againt heros.

I'm not sure about answers for your other questions.

I guess this also clears up how to handle arrests in Judge vs Judge battles too, as most judges are heros tobegin with.

Another question thats come up is, do ladders count as difficult terrain? we've be saying that it does and halves your movement, but you have to be able to be in a standing position by the end of your movement. We've also had the rule that fatties can't climb ladders...What's everyone else been doing?
