A couple of possible dumb questions

I've got what could be a couple of dumb questions possibly that I was wondering could be answered.

The first one is can material from the Starship Troopers RPG be used in Traveller such as the weapons of the Federation (moritas and what not)?

And the second question is can you create small droids like those found in the movie "WALL-E"? This question is because I've found a way to incorporate both WALL-E and EVE into a much more serious sci-fi setting which would give EVE a better chance at packing something bigger than a light taser.

The first: not yet (officially); but Mongoose will supposedly be making gudes for some favored sci-fi platforms, and Starship trropers is one of them.
For now, I'd say an Advanced Combat Rifle with a RAM launcher.
For the second, I don't know.
