The Axe (IIRC) showed up in Citizens back in the day (Before CT was "Classic") and was in the MT & TNE Core rules. Given how things are being done with Mon-Trav expect them to show up in Citizens.

Yes, there is a TL1 Axe in Mercenary. It's a two-handed melee weapon doing 3d6 damage.
